Register your SeedlyCRM deployment and choose a plan.

Before you start CRMLynk plugs into a SeedlyCRM deployment. It is not a standalone app and it does not work with other CRMs.
  • You need a running SeedlyCRM deployment on Convex.
  • You register your Convex site URL below, which is where CRMLynk sends provider callbacks.
  • Setup afterwards is two environment variables. No code changes.

This must be your production Convex site URL. It ends in .convex.site, not .convex.cloud.

Where do I find this?
  1. Fastest: take your Convex .convex.cloud URL and change .cloud to .site. Everything before it stays identical.
  2. From your env vars: it is already saved as NEXT_PUBLIC_CONVEX_SITE_URL in your .env.local, and in your Vercel project under Settings, then Environment Variables.
  3. From the Convex dashboard: open dashboard.convex.dev, select your production deployment, then Settings, then URL & Deploy Key. Copy the HTTP Actions URL. That is the .convex.site one.

While our Google review is in progress CRMLynk's Google app is published and working, but Google has not finished its verification review yet. Until it does:
  • Anyone connecting a Google account sees a "Google hasn't verified this app" screen. They click Advanced, then continue, and the connection works normally from there.
  • Google limits unverified apps to 100 connected Google accounts.

Microsoft, Outlook, and Zoom are unaffected and have no warning screen or account cap. We will email you as soon as the Google review clears.
